These are our opening hours:
| Monday to Freyday | 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. |
| and Tuesday | 14:00 p.m. - 16:00 p.m. |
| and Thursday | 14:00 p.m. - 18:00 p.m. |
Our opening hours were extended so that citizens can visit it comfortably. In addition to that there is the possibility of arranging an appointment outside the opening hours if needed.
At the same time the staff wants to apologize that it might not be able to provide all of our consultants at any time. Especially in the holiday season or due to illness there might be shortages. To avoid these, citizens are requested to arrange appointments unless they come for everyday services.
A further service is that marriages are carried out at one Saturday per month. The “fastest” couple determines which Saturday it will be. This service is limited to the morning, so a maximum of four marriages can take place at one Saturday.
